Project management and Quantity Surveying services for the pre-con and delivery consisting of a full refurb with major structural adaptations for joint venture with Manchester City Council and Bruntwood 
Bolton Library Refurbishment – QS
Quantity Surveying services for progressing project design and costs through RIBA stages 1-4 via a 2 stage tender process with framework contractors for Bolton Council. 
Bolton Market Refurbishment and Extension - QS
Quantity Surveying services for progressing project design and costs through RIBA stages 1-4 via a 2 stage tender process with framework contractors for Bolton Council. 
Preston Towns Fund - PM
Programme and Project Management services delivering the successful Towns Fund Programme bid. Working with the SMT, Accountable Board and external stakeholders.
Amounderness House – PM
Client-Side Project Management for the full refurbishment of a Grade II listed building and securing a tenant once completed on behalf of Preston City Council. 
Exchange Quay – PM
PM services for the refurbishment of 5 office buildings located at Exchange Quay (opposite Media City) and public realm works. 
Eccles – West One
Project Management of a multi-faceted re-development of an under-performing retail park. 
Beswick Village Redevelopment
Pre and Post Cost Management services for the regeneration and development of Beswick Village which included demolition of and existing market and small retail units, replacing them with a new build 6th Form College, a new build leisure centre with specialist water polo facilities, a new build sports institute medicinal sciences facility, highways and public realm remodelling with bespoke public artwork.
Bolton Towns Fund
Programme Management, Project Management and Quantity Surveying services delivering the successful Towns Fund viability modelling and funding application submissions 
Halifax Leisure Centre
Project Management services for the pre-con and post-con delivery of the re-development of Halifax Leisure Centre working with Alliance Leisure and Calderdale Council. In addition, Levelling Up Funding was also secured.  
Upperbanks – Rochdale 
Quantity Surveying and Employers agent services through RIBA stages 3-5 for a New build regeneration project comprising of two build-to- rent apartment blocks delivering 242 one- and two-bedroom apartments, a 146-bedroom hotel and associated public realm space on behalf of Rochdale Development Agency. 
Former Retail Park Redevelopment – Rochdale
Quantity Surveying and Employers agent services through RIBA stages 2-4 for a New build regeneration project comprising a six-storey build to rent apartment building boasting 142 apartments, a further 81 town houses and a new park providing a ‘green corridor’ across the seven-acre site. All homes and apartments achieve ‘net zero’ carbon-emissions.
