Cowburn Watson-Box was invited by TMBC to offer support and guidance to the internal technical delivery team. We delivered Programme Management, Project Management and Cost Management across multiple initiatives within the Capital Regeneration Programme. Additionally, our role extended into the political realm, as we presented programme updates to the members team through our customised reporting system.

This ensured that the information was accessible for everyone while engaging the entire team in the process.
