Across two projects/phases, Moorhouse Academy underwent extensive refurbishment and remodelling work aimed at transforming the Early Years and Foundation Stage classrooms. The goal was to create inclusive and functional spaces that accommodated the diverse needs of students within the Springside provision. Our involvement encompassed the entire process from feasibility studies and pre-contract cost planning to managing the tender process and executing building contracts. We also provided post-contract cost control, including final account agreements and took on the role of contract administrator, overseeing the JCT contract agreements between the Employer and the Principal Contractor.
