Cowburn Watson-Box provided cost management services for the renovation of Matthew Moss High School on behalf of Watergrove Trust. Managing the project from the initial feasibility phase to the final account and completion of the defect period, it was successfully delivered within a tight six-week programme during the summer months.

Works included sports hall and classroom refurbishments, new WC blocks and administrative offices. In addition, we undertook the contract administrator role of managing the JCT contract agreement between Employer and Principal Contractor.
