Following a phased estate review, our Commercial Governance Support and Project Management secondments at GMFRS have been instrumental in steering a programme of work that has included new station builds and refurbishments, driven by design enhancement, decarbonisation strategies, planning requirements and lifecycle repairs. We have collaborated with the client team to meet resource needs and refine processes. We have established controls, ensured compliance and identified efficiencies and we have led GMFRs capital programme planning.
