Rebecca, a Director with over 15 years of experience in the UK and Americas, is a chartered professional and accomplished leader. She’s worked with global clients across real estate and construction sectors, spending the last 8 years in New York leading a 30-person team across the East and Central regions to deliver outstanding results. Rebecca truly values the power of collaboration and is appreciative of the talented teams she has had the privilege to lead. She’s worked with top firms like Capita Symonds, Turner & Townsend, and Mace, and held strategic secondments with Salford, Bolton, and Manchester City Councils—giving her valuable insight from both consultancy and client sides. Specialising in JCT D&B and NEC3 contracts, Caz ensures clients get maximum value with precision and a strong commitment to governance. Outside of work, she shares adventures with wife Melanie and Carlton the Campervan, enjoys architectural photography, and has a quirky love for Lego!

Oscar is our Assistant Project Manager, passionate about improving project efficiency with detail-driven reporting, and learning more about urban regeneration in the North-West. He’s gaining hands-on experience with clients like GMCA and GMFRS, while actively expanding his knowledge of the built environment. Oscar’s a natural communicator, skilled at managing meetings and capturing actions with precision. He’s also our in-house IT whizz, creating smart templates that boost clarity and productivity. Outside of work, Oscar is an avid Manchester City fan with a ‘side Hussle’ for collecting rare fashion memorabilia—bringing both individuality and passion to everything he does.

Matt, our Co-Founder, has more than 15 years of experience in construction, where he has managed significant projects and programs across the UK. He is recognised for his drive and problem-solving abilities, having collaborated with both large private sector clients and various local authorities to deliver developments successfully. Matt fosters strong, lasting relationships built on trust, collaboration, and a straightforward approach. His talent for creating open and respectful environments ensures alignment within teams and leads to positive outcomes. Now expanding her project and cost management skills, Frankie enjoys working on high-quality, regenerative masterplans that endeavour to enhance communities and neighbourhoods. Outside of work, she is an avid traveller and cherishes memories of San Francisco and exploring the world, is a live music enthusiast having experienced some iconic indie performances, and loves spending time with her boyfriend, family, and her baby nephew.
