She’s passionate about blending sustainable design with the revitalisation of historically industrial northern towns. Now expanding her project and cost management skills, Frankie enjoys working on high-quality, regenerative masterplans that endeavour to enhance communities and neighbourhoods. Outside of work, she is an avid traveller and cherishes memories of San Francisco and exploring the world, is a live music enthusiast having experienced some iconic indie performances, and loves spending time with her boyfriend, family, and her baby nephew.

Matt, our Co-Founder, has more than 15 years of experience in construction, where he has managed significant projects and programs across the UK. He is recognised for his drive and problem-solving abilities, having collaborated with both large private sector clients and various local authorities to deliver developments successfully. Matt fosters strong, lasting relationships built on trust, collaboration, and a straightforward approach. His talent for creating open and respectful environments ensures alignment within teams and leads to positive outcomes. At home, he’s a devoted husband and father, and when it comes to his beloved Blackburn Rovers, his unwavering dedication is a testament to his commitment and positive spirit!

Lynnsey, our Operations Manager, brings over 25 years of experience in Business Support, having worked with both large consultancies and smaller firms. Her expertise, from PA to Office Management, makes her the go-to problem solver for any challenge. With a “can do” attitude, she thrives under tight deadlines and urgent requests, ensuring the team runs smoothly. Outside of work, Lynnsey is a devoted wife and mother, balancing family life with dog walks and kids’ activities. She’s the heart of both her family and our team, leading with dedication, heart, and exceptional organizational skills.

Caz, our Co-founder, is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor and has over 20 years’ experience in the industry, specialising in the Public Sector. She’s worked with top firms like Capita Symonds, Turner & Townsend, and Mace, and held strategic secondments with Salford, Bolton, and Manchester City Councils—giving her valuable insight from both consultancy and client sides. Specialising in JCT D&B and NEC3 contracts, Caz ensures clients get maximum value with precision and a strong commitment to governance. Outside of work, she shares adventures with wife Melanie and Carlton the Campervan, enjoys architectural photography, and has a quirky love for Lego!

Cath is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor with 20 years’ experience, specialising in education, leisure, and residential projects. She excels in value management, budget control, and hitting design-phase benchmarking targets. Her expertise spans options appraisals, risk assessment, and cost recommendations. With a practical, detail-focused approach, Cath is a trusted Employers’ Agent and Contract Administrator who ensures efficient delivery and tight cost control. A true team player, she drives collaboration and value across every project. Outside work, Cath juggles life with her husband and three lively kids—mastering the art of multitasking with heart and humour.

Neve, our Trainee Project Manager, brings a passion for structured methodologies and collaboration. With certifications in APM and PRINCE2, she has built a solid foundation in project governance, risk management, and stakeholder engagement. Gaining hands-on experience, Neve thrives in fast-paced environments, applying her problem-solving skills and attention to detail. She is committed to continuous learning and developing her leadership abilities. Outside of work, Neve enjoys hiking, socialising, and sun-soaked getaways. She cherishes time with her boyfriend, exploring new adventures and maintaining a healthy work-life balance that fuels her motivation.

Oscar is our Assistant Project Manager, passionate about improving project efficiency with detail-driven reporting, and learning more about urban regeneration in the North-West. He’s gaining hands-on experience with clients like GMCA and GMFRS, while actively expanding his knowledge of the built environment. Oscar’s a natural communicator, skilled at managing meetings and capturing actions with precision. He’s also our in-house IT whizz, creating smart templates that boost clarity and productivity. Outside of work, Oscar is an avid Manchester City fan with a ‘side Hussle’ for collecting rare fashion memorabilia—bringing both individuality and passion to everything he does.

Jon is an experienced Principal Project Manager with over 15 years in pre-construction and bid management. He has a strong track record of delivering high-value projects from inception to completion, leveraging his contracting background to address on-site challenges. Known for his attention to detail and calmness under pressure, he effectively leads teams and manages stakeholder relationships. Outside of work, Jon enjoys being a dad and granddad, going to the gym, cold-water swimming, and creating quirky lunch combinations.

Rebecca, a Director with over 15 years of experience in the UK and Americas, is a chartered professional and accomplished leader. She’s worked with global clients across real estate and construction sectors, spending the last 8 years in New York leading a 30-person team across the East and Central regions to deliver outstanding results. Rebecca truly values the power of collaboration and is appreciative of the talented teams she has had the privilege to lead. Outside of her professional life, she cherishes the moments spent with family and friends, and as a devoted Liverpool FC supporter, she embraces her unique position as the token, but proud, Liverpudlian among her colleagues.
